CAN I RETURN ANY ITEM I BUY AT LIPPLAN.COM?
Yes, provided you comply with the terms and conditions given below.
Most of our products are classified as being for personal and intimate use ,which means that no returns will be accepted if the protective packaging has been opened, or hygiene seals and other protective elements have been removed.
In the event of any doubts regarding the condition of returnen commodity, the opinion of LIPPLAN.COM’s specialised staff will prevail, following the corresponding inspection of the item in order to prevent the fraudulent return of products that have been worn or damaged.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
You can ask us to collect the articles you wish to return from your home through our courier. Items must be in perfect condition and have the corresponding receipt.
After checking all details, we will send a courier to collect the package within 24 hours (where possible). To finalise the collection, the courier will contact you. If for any reason the date suggested is not convenient, contact them to change it.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN AND ITEM?
The time limit for any return is 30 days from the date of purchase.
HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Once your refund is approved you will receive payment via the same method as you made your purchase
